It is very common to have a header that is also a link. Whenever Facelift encounters a link it will automatically detect it and update the image when it is hovered just as if it was a real link.
» Launch ExampleSince v1.2, images can be generated in GIF or JPG formats in addition to PNG. PNG is still the default method and the only method to support transparency.
» Launch ExampleSometimes you need your Facelift generated images to get updated after the page has been loaded. For example, if the window has been resized or the user has zoomed/changed the text size.
» Launch ExampleIf a user has disabled images but left Javascript on and browses a site that uses Facelift they will see "broken images" instead of the normal text in most browsers.
